Ollie Blythe · Founder
From apprentice to business owner
I started my career as an apprentice joiner with Taylor Wimpey, where I completed my joinery apprenticeship and learned the importance of quality workmanship, attention to detail and doing a job properly.
I had always wanted to build a business of my own, which led me to start Maxwell Property Services. From day one, I knew my reputation would be everything. That’s why we never cut corners, take pride in every job and always aim to leave every customer completely happy with their experience.
I also document the journey on TikTok, sharing the work, the challenges and everyday life behind the business. It allows future customers to see the standard of our work, understand the type of person I am and know exactly who they’re trusting with their home before they request a quote.

Absolutely delighted with these guys and their work. They built me a deck and a gorgeous Venetian style fence. Incredible attention to detail, awesome craftsmanship and wonderful customer service. I've already booked my next job in with them, I won't go anywhere else.
Very easy service from start to finish. Messaged him, provided a fair quote, done the job to a high standard. Highly recommend

Top couple of guys, work well together. Spot on job, 35 metres of fencing. Worked hard to get the job done. Cheers Oli & Dug.
Recently did some work for my grandma and she was very happy - professional, reliable and completed the work to a high standard. Thank you
Great company - we had a new fence and gate supplied and fitted, and another fence repaired. All the work was completed to a high standard, and they pointed out when we could make repairs to the fence rather than replace it, so saving us money. Very friendly and respectful guys. Would definitely use them again!
10/10 quick reliable and good price and he installed a high quality gate with a quick turn around would highly reccomend 👍
