When a repair isn't worth it any more
This boundary had been patched season after season until there was more patch than fence. We stripped it out, set new posts in concrete, and rebuilt the run as closeboard with gravel boards — the kind of job you do once and forget about for twenty years.
Even the local robin came to sign it off.
